WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept payments by credit card, debit card, Paypal, Apple Pay, Sezzle, and Eversoto issued gift cards/store credits. We do not accept pre-paid cards. 

When can I expect my order?

We try our best to deliver your order within 2-5 working days unless the specific product description states otherwise. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please keep in mind we produce your order after payment, we do not simply grab your order from a warehouse. Our quality check & processing times are usually between 1-3 days. You'll be sure to receive the best quality and brand new items always!

I can't wait for my order? Can you give me a status update on it?

If you wish to enquire about an order you have already made, please view the status of your order by using the tracking info tab on our homepage and put in your email and order number.

MY ADDRESS IS WRONG. CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

 

Our policy gives the customers 24 hours from the time they placed their order to make any changes to their order. Please double check the address before completing the order at check out. Please note we cannot cancel any orders once they have been shipped. If an address was entered incorrectly, please email us at info@eversoto.com with the order number and cancellation request. We will cancel the order allowing customers to reorder and input the corrected information.

 

Once the 24 hour are passed we can no longer make any changes to your order.

 

 HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

ORDER CANCELLATION REQUESTS SHOULD BE MADE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AS SOME ORDERS MAY SHIP THE SAME DAY.  WE ARE UNABLE TO CANCEL ORDERS WHICH HAVE BEEN SHIPPED AND ARE EN ROUTE TO THE CUSTOMER. 

 

 I MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER. CAN I CHANGE THE SIZE OR ADD ITEMS TO MY CURRENT ORDER?


UNFORTUNATELY, WE CANNOT MAKE SIZE CHANGES OR ADDITIONS TO EXISTING ORDERS. IF A SIZE CHANGE IS NEEDED, PLEASE CONTACT US HERE WITH THE ORDER NUMBER AND REQUEST AN ORDER CANCELLATION. THE ORDER CAN BE CANCELED ALLOWING CUSTOMERS TO REORDER THE PREFERRED SIZE AND/OR ADD ADDITIONAL ITEMS. PLEASE NOTE, WE CANNOT CANCEL ORDERS ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN SHIPPED. 

 

DOES EVERSOTO ACCEPT REFUNDS?

WE MAINTAIN A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY. REFUNDS ARE NOT ALLOWED UNLESS IT IS DUE TO A MERCHANDISE DEFECT. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 5 DAYS OF DELIVERY. ANY CLAIMS OUTSIDE OF THIS TIMEFRAME WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, NO EXCEPTIONS. PLEASE CONTACT US HERE AND PROVIDE AN ORDER NUMBER AND A DETAILED EXPLANATION OF THE ISSUE. REFUND REQUESTS ARE HANDLED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS. 

 

CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE/ITEM RETURN?

EVERSOTO WILL GLADLY OFFER AN EXCHANGE/ITEM RETURN IN THE FORM OF STORE CREDIT, ONLY. 

EXCHANGE/ITEM RETURNS ARE AVAILABLE WITHIN 5 DAYS OF DELIVERY. CUSTOMER MUST CONTACT US HERE - WITHIN THIS TIME FRAME TO MAKE THE REQUEST. PLEASE INCLUDE THE ORDER NUMBER AND REASON FOR THE REQUEST. ITEMS MUST BE IN NEW AND UNWORN CONDITION WITH TAGS ATTACHED. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS TO RETURN ITEM(S) TO EVERSOTO. DUE TO HEALTH AND SAFETY REASONS, WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ON SHOES, SOCKS, HEADWEAR, MASKS, RUGS, OR UNDER GARMENTS. WE DO NOT HOLD ITEMS FOR PURCHASE. ALL PURCHASES ARE ON A FIRST COME BASIS. PLEASE ALLOW 3 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS PACKAGES RECEIVED. AFTER PROCESSING, THE STORE CREDIT CODE WILL BE EMAILED TO THE CUSTOMER. THE STORE CREDIT WILL ONLY INCLUDE THE COST OF THE ITEM(S). INITIAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT CREDITED. STORE CREDIT DOES NOT EXPIRE AND CAN BE USED TOWARDS ANY FUTURE PURCHASE. 

 

Why can't I receive my order confirmation email?

 

The order confirmation email may fall into your Spams/Junk folder. If you still cannot find your order confirmation email, please email us at info@eversoto.com and we will investigate further.

No unfortunately you can’t, it’s strictly for cosplay.

 I received an error message when I checked out. What should I do? / What does "Invalid transaction error" or "Something wrong with your credit card, please call card center for help: Transaction Not Allowed" mean?

 

If an error message occurs, this may be because:

•The debit card cannot be used for this type of payment

•Your bank has rejected the transaction due to suspicions of fraud

•The card is not activated for international transactions

Please use another card to resolve the problem. If the issue still persists, kindly contact your bank for assistance.

 

When I proceed to checkout, it says “A match of the Shipping Address City, State, and Postal Code failed.” What should I do?

Please make sure all information entered is 100% correct and there are no spelling mistakes. Please also avoid short forms of City, and do not include the State information within the City input box. If the details are right but still the payment cannot be made, please contact us and we will get back to you shortly.
